Description:

Act as the point person on all remodel/reset activities. Coordinate and communicate all aspects of the project with the store and district teams. Maintain Freshness and Standards and Merchandising Execution expectations during the project and strive to minimize disruptions to the customer experience within the store. - Any experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Basic Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
- Proven self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills; demonstrated exceptional follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and coordinate with varying stakeholders
- Demonstrated sound decision making
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to coach teams on acceptable conditions and practices
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of the applicable division management training program
- Strong knowledge of Freshness and Standards procedures, Merchandising Execution initiatives, CAO and KOMPASS best practices and in-store fixturing

- Bachelor's Degree
- Any assistant store leader experience- Maintain stores' ability to meet/exceed customers' expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness during project lifecycle
- Maintain 5S/Freshness and Standards programs throughout the remodel
- Ensure the Store Remodel Best Practice Guides are followed
- Protect all company assets during remodel
- Coordinate the delivery and storage of all fixtures and equipment for the remodel
- Reduce the negative effect of markdowns and discounted product on the store by following company policies on close-out items and markdowns
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, food safety regulations and company guidelines
- Execute computer assisted ordering (CAO) maintenance and KOMPASS activity per best practice, to eliminate out of stocks and negative effects on both digital and in-store customers
- Travel to stores and manage project(s)
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
