Description:
Skills/Education Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED.
- One to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mathematical, Reasoning, and Language skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

- Accurately Write and enter purchase orders based on specifications received from builders, often by extracting informatoin from their website
- Process and generate sales orders for builders and salesmen
- Review orders for accuracy, quantity, specifications, and delivery dates
- Manage and maintain accurate order documentation and customer files
- Act as the primary point of contact for builder inquiries via phone and email
- Answer phone calls, address customer questions, and trouble shoot concerns regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist with other sales and administrative duties as needed to support overall business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skilld
- Ability to work independently and as a team
