Skills/Education Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mathematical, Reasoning, and Language skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

  • Accurately Write and enter purchase orders based on specifications received from builders, often by extracting informatoin from their website
  • Process and generate sales orders for builders and salesmen
  • Review orders for accuracy, quantity, specifications, and delivery dates
  • Manage and maintain accurate order documentation and customer files
  • Act as the primary point of contact for builder inquiries via phone and email
  • Answer phone calls, address customer questions, and trouble shoot concerns regarding products, services, and order status
  • Assist with other sales and administrative duties as needed to support overall business operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skilld
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
