Job Description
ORTC LLC is hiring a Tri-Cities Counselor in Richland, WA. This is a full-time position.

Tri-Cities Treatment Center is seeking SUDP/SUDP-T Counselors who want purpose, stability, and the chance to change lives every day.
$25.00hr to $32.00hr Depending on Experience.
$5, 000 sign-on bonus.

Our treatment center hours are: 5: 00 a.m.- 1: 00 p.m. M-F and 6: 00 - 10: 00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role:
- You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
- Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.
Qualifications and Skills
- Washington SUDP/SUDP-T licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
