Position Summary: The Sr Manager, Retail Marketing manages teams with a focus on campaign launch programs, strategic marketing initiatives, and the development and management of national programs with the goal of enhancing the customer experience and deepening brand engagement.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Manages the development and communication of marketing programs and strategies at retail and across digital platforms, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Provides strategic development and logistical management to senior management regarding all aspects of customer marketing strategies, launches, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversees the Retail Marketing team development, management and execution of marketing strategies and programs.
  • Aligns Nintendo's strategic goals with initiatives that support and enhance retailer strategies.
  • Analyzes performance and provides recommendations for opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborates across internal marketing teams to shape customer strategies for digital-at-retail and/or in-store offerings.
  • Provides thought leadership on emerging channels, technologies, retail trends, and customer insights to drive innovative marketing practices.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of marketing experience.
  • Six to eight years of industry related experience.
  • Three to five years of related experience with an advertising agency or marketing firm.
  • Must have experience with a breadth of marketing tools including TV, radio, print, online, and interactive, as well as experience working with top retail accounts.
  • Experience managing a team of diverse individuals.
  • Project management or account management experience required, preferably with a large multi-channel retailer.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry helpful.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent.
  • MBA Preferred.

This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Pay Range:

$140, 900-$253, 600 USD
