Team Summary: Within Nintendo of America (NOA)'s Digital Marketing department, this role is part of the CRM team and will support on-device push notifications for mobile apps such as Nintendo Music and Nintendo Today.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Coordinates marketing assets as directed, including production, distribution, communication and approvals.

• Provides tactical support for push notification marketing campaigns by facilitating the project management and approvals for select promotional and transactional notifications.

• Initial point of contact for asset and product requests for select campaigns.

• Tracks partner marketing assets, status, and documentation as needed on select campaigns.

• Audits, updates, and refreshes team process documents on a shared work space.

• Works with business partners to gather key information necessary to manage and execute select CRM marketing plans and tactics.

• Communicates verbally and in writing with relevant internal team members and external contacts.

• May be asked to research key industry players, best practices, and trends, and communicates findings and recommendations to management.
