What Youll Do Lead and supervise Charge Nurses, Med Techs, and Resident AssistantsComplete resident assessments and oversee care plansMonitor physician orders, labs, MARs, and medication administrationEnsure compliance with state regulations and clinical standardsManage staffing schedules and team coverageSupport Memory Care programming and clinical quality What You Bring Active RN or LPN/LVN licenseCPR & First Aid certificationStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferredAbility to manage clinical systems and documentation accurately Why Join Us?
