Overview The Asphalt Plant Foreman is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the hot mix plant, hot mix production and sales to customers.Other responsibilities: actively participates in and promotes Company Safety Program.Tasks include coordinating mix delivery to Lakeside and customer crews, ordering liquid asphalt for proper delivery time, keeping inventory of liquid asphalt and aggregate and operating computerized controls for loading trucks safely and efficiently. Required to participate as a crew member in production operations and lead in plant preventative maintenance.
