LAKESIDE INDUSTRIES INC. is hiring a Plant Electrician in Issaquah, WA. This is a full-time position.

This position will be based out of Olympia/Issaquah, WA but may travel to support Operations throughout Western Washington and Northwest Oregon. This role is part of Production Operations Team for the Electrical Maintenance and Repair of our Asphalt Plants and Crushing Operations throughout Lakeside Industries and Bayview Asphalt covering both Washington and Oregon. Applicant must be able to administer compliant electrical and construction processes and safety practices. Also, must be available to work extended hours, including night and weekend work. Full-time exempt, salaried position with benefits. AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Ensure the use of safe practices as it applies to each task Application of laws, codes, regulations and company policies and procedures as it applies to this electrician role Inspect, maintain, repair and or overhaul electrical systems and or components Ability to perform all tasks using the National Electrical Code in conjunction with company standards Understanding of the principles of electricity, circuits, wiring and electrical equipment and components Strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of an asphalt plant Strong understanding of aggregate crushing operation and its maintenance Safety Compliance (MSHA, OSHA, WISHA) Able to champion environment compliance with each task Able to safely work in all weather conditions and at elevated heights Promote a diverse Team Atmosphere If YOU are a champion of safety by leading employees and peers to promote and participate in continuous safety improvementare experienced working in a team environment and also able to self-start and comfortable working aloneunderstand materials to assist quality controlare committed to providing the highest level of quality customer service in accordance with The Lakeside Experiencecan work well under pressurehave strong decision making and leadership skills are organized, can multi-task utilizing planning and time management skills thenLakeside would like to hear from you!
