Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a part time LPN to join our evening shift team. If you enjoy building connections, working with a supportive crew, and ending your day knowing you made a difference, this could be a great fit.

What you will do
• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Support and collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other clinical staff
• Create a positive, respectful experience for residents and families

What we are looking for
• Active LPN license in good standing
• Evening shift availability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient focused approach to care
• Long term care or post acute experience preferred but not required
