We're Hiring: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Lacamas Creek Post Acute
Pay: $35-$55/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5, 000 (paid quarterly). Must be full time.

A Day in the Life:
- Carrying out personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT
- Helping residents regain independence and confidence
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and support staff
- Being a key part of our residents' recovery journeys
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Washington license)
- Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute
- Experience in post-acute care is a plus, but not required
- A strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
