Lacamas Creek Post Acute is hiring a part time CNA for our evening shift. This role is a great fit if you are looking for meaningful work, steady evening hours, and a team that genuinely supports one another.

What you will do
• Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Assist with vital signs and documentation
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and coworkers

What we are looking for
• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Evening shift availability
• Compassionate and reliable approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long term care or post acute experience preferred but not required
