UX Designer

We're seeking a versatile UX Designer with cross-disciplinary skillset spanning UX design, prototyping, and visual design. You'll play a key role in envisioning future product experiences for an innovative device, exploring how customers will interact with next-generation ambient intelligence in their homes.

Prototyping
Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that demonstrate multi-modal device experiences utilizing cameras, microphones, touch, gestures, and on-screen U.
Rapidly iterate on concepts to explore various interaction paradigms and user flows
Build prototypes that effectively communicate vision to stakeholders and development teams

Experience Envisioning
Develop compelling scenarios that illustrate how the device fits into customers' daily lives
Create storyboards that bring product concepts to life and communicate user journeys
Envision future-state experiences that push the boundaries of ambient computing in physical space

Visual & Interface Design
Design polished visual interfaces for a device and companion experiences
Ensure design consistency across the product family while innovating on new patterns
Create design artifacts including wireframes, mockups, and motion studies

Collaboration
Partner with cross functional design teams across UX, user research, visual design, industrial design and design technicians.

Tools
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, ProtoPie, After Effects, or similar)
- Experience designing multi-modal interactions (voice, touch, visual, gesture)
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and craft
- Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision
