As an Associate Banker within the Healthcare, Higher Education and Not for Profit - Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries team, you will play a crucial role in supporting client acquisition and nurturing ongoing relationships in the region. You will concentrate on expanding and retaining profitable relationships with nonprofit health systems, colleges and universities, and not-for-profit organizations. Your comprehensive understanding of our solutions, including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions, will be essential. Our most successful bankers utilize a strategic approach to market activity and prospecting to achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
- Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation, while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 3+ years with above average performance results in a similar banking role or credit/lending related experience.
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
- Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
