Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow our E-Commerce Product Support Business
• Conduct training sessions for both internal staff and customers on Parts.Cat.com and other tools
• Promote digital tools such as the CAT Inspect App, Electronic Technician, and other Caterpillar offerings
• Stay current on CAT digital product updates to provide accurate support and recommendations
• Act as a digital ambassador across the Harnish Group and member companies
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer digital experience
• Resolve customer inquiries or concerns related to digital programs in a timely and professional manner
• Lead internal communication efforts to promote awareness and usage of digital tools
• Analyze performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement of e-commerce initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in heavy equipment or equipment rental industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license required
