They act as a business manager within the company alongside the Senior PM and orPM; directly and proactively manage job orders which are assigned from the point of initial design through expiration of the warranty in accordance with published best practices, policiesand procedures to successfully meet department and company goals. Essential Job Functions: Directly manages assignedjobfrominitialorder through job completion.Must be able to manage a higher number of smaller and less complexjobs. Assist SPM and PM in managing larger, more complex jobs assigned by Operations Manager Assist SPM and PM in managing keycustomers. Maintain expected profitlevels. Order Entry, ensuring projects are entered accurately andin a timelymanner. Working with the assigned project coordinator to manage the submittal process. Confirm submittal materials are produced accurately tospecificationand/or customer expectations, while making sure the submitted items match what wasquoted. Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the project. Providingtimely, professional written responses to customers inquiries concerning product, schedules, installation, conflicts problems, vendors, etc., as may berequired. Ensure vendors on any given project are fulfilling their obligations to H2I Group, Inc, and our customers, whilemaintaininga professional working relationship with them. Ordering vendor products required per current companyprocesses. Develop & coordinatescheduleto ensure projects are completed on time. Including but not limited to product delivery, installation (either in-house or with subcontracted installers), production keeping in mind lead times, site meetings, punch list, phasing, etc. Prepare orassistin preparing andsubmittingnecessary change orders reflecting the change of cost/sell pricerelativeto a customers request for additions, deletions, and/or modifications, while up-selling wheneverpossible. Promptlyremovingany obstacles or hindrances which preventtimelycollection of monies from customers. Forecasting. Communicate billingschedule, assistin creatingscheduleof values anddeterminetaxable products/dollar amounts with ourAccountingteam. This includes approving vendor invoices for paymentpromptly. Attending site meetings whenrequired(dependent on project) andmaintainingcustomer relations with site coordinator and othertrades. Review, understandandassistin managing projectsin accordance withterms and conditions provided on project contractdocuments. Asrequiredparticipatein various negotiations with customers, architects, and sub-contractors to protect companyinterests. Work with the Sales team to develop and nurture new and existingclients. Attend internal/external trainingopportunities. Perform internal trainingrelativeto operations as needed for Sales, PMinternsandPCS. Assistthe training and development ofProject ManagerInterns and Project Coordinators to a successfulposition. Travel to job sites to inspect work andparticipatein various meetings such as Trade Coordination meetings, Company presentations, and Installation Coordination meetings asrequired. Develop necessary internal and external relationships to successfullyassistin managing projects to meet or exceed customerexpectations. Work with Operations Manager to develop programs for improving/enhancing processes with H2I Group, Inc. All employeesare responsible forcomplying with company procedures and safety requirements, including reviewing work area daily for potential safety and health hazards, reporting potential hazards to their supervisors, as well as reporting any work-related injuries or illnesses to their supervisors as well. Additionalactivities asmay be assigned by Operations Manager. Qualifications: Degree in related field and/or practical work experience. Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, in a professional environment. Solid interpersonal, negotiationand communication skills. A high levelof integrity, professionalism, dependability, enthusiasm, and ethical judgement. Strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills. Ability to learn the specifications and technical details of the products that H2I Group distributes as well as those of our competition. Maintain an organized and clean workspace. Foster positive teamwork relationships with vendors and fellow employees. Self-motivated. Mustbe authorized towork in the U.S. without Visa sponsorship.
