Your Day-to-Day: Plant Care: Tend to plants through each growth stage pruning, feeding, and monitoring health from veg through harvest. Facility Upkeep: Keep grow spaces clean and sanitized to protect plant health and meet compliance standards. Harvesting: Assist with harvest operations and post-harvest handling tasks.
