About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Steward to join our kitchen team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a skilled and hygienic chef, while supporting the daily operations of a professional culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards
• Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures
• Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture
• Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards
• Comply with hotel policies and OH& S guidelines
• Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
• Eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
