Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of Santini Bar & Grill to deliver exceptional, on brand guest experiences.
• Drive financial performance through smart rostering, cost control, stock management and revenue growth.
• Champion customer service, respond to feedback, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train, mentor and motivate a high performing team, fostering a positive and professional culture.
• Oversee events, activations and marketing initiatives that elevate the venue and boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, HACCP and all operational standards.
• Maintain impeccable venue presentation from setup to pack down.

What You’ll Bring:
• Proven leadership experience in a premium restaurant or bar environment.
• A passion for hospitality, guest engagement and delivering standout service.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, with confidence managing labour, COGS and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• A proactive, hands on approach with sharp problem solving skills.
• Creativity and commercial awareness to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Current RSA and Approved Manager Card.
