Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Manager on Duty overnight, supervising Night Auditor, Porters and other staff
• Check guests in/out and process transactions accurately
• Complete the night audit, ensuring revenue and payments reconcile
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Secure the hotel overnight per established procedures
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance as needed
• Manage reservations and room rates accurately
• Complete opening/closing duties and follow hotel policies and WH& S guidelines

What You’ll Bring:
• Front Office or night audit experience, ideally in hotels
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems and cashiering
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
• Confidence to lead a small team overnight
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work overnight shifts
