Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general repairs across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment fixes.
• Complete room and property inspections and action maintenance issues quickly.
• Respond to urgent callouts and resolve problems such as leaks, electrical faults, and HVAC issues.
• Maintain safety standards, report hazards, and support routine safety checks.
• Keep tools and supplies organised and ensure stock is replenished.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well presented property for guests and staff

What You’ll Bring
• Solid experience in general maintenance or trade work, ideally in hospitality.
• Practical skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• A reliable, hands on approach with good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude aligned with values of teamwork, initiative, and community.
