Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a focus on morning/breakfast operations
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Prepare and serve coffee and breakfast items as required
• Ensure breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of breakfast and service areas
• Handle guest requests and provide timely, friendly service
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Share local knowledge and promote hotel services and offerings
• Support front office and food & beverage operations as needed
• Follow all operational, WH& S, and hygiene standards

What You’ll Bring:
• Barista coffee knowledge and ability to prepare quality beverages
• Previous breakfast service experience (hotel or hospitality environment preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, guest-first attitude
• Availability to work early morning/breakfast shifts
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and presentation standards
• A positive, reliable, and flexible approach to work
