About the Role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect our vision of creating properties and moments that escape the ordinary. You will lead by example, ensuring service excellence, operational consistency, and a strong team culture grounded in our values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, high‑quality service that anticipates guest needs
• Lead, train, and support F& B attendants and team leaders
• Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards
• Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing
• Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WH& S compliance
• Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards
• Follow all cashiering and financial procedures
• Protect and maintain equipment
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed

Skills & Experience:

• Previous F& B supervisory or team‑leader experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
• Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service
