About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our vibrant outlet. You'll lead, train and coordinate our F& B team while maintaining the high service standards our guests expect, all within one of Fremantle's most iconic hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately, delivering superior food and beverage service across all outlets.
• Supervise, train and coordinate food and beverage attendants and team leaders.
• Manage rosters and timesheets, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple outlets.
• Mix a range of sophisticated cocktails and beverages to established hotel standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage policies, procedures and product range.
• Ensure all areas are stocked and maintained in accordance with established par levels.
• Uphold all Workplace Health & Safety (WH& S) guidelines and cashiering procedures.
• Protect and maintain all operating equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and attend all scheduled meetings.
• Provide assistance to other departments or outlets when required.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting.
• Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, including cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Confidence managing rosters, timesheets and day-to-day operations.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Flexibility across mornings, evenings and weekends.
