Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hotel operations in the absence of senior management, acting as the face of the hotel.
• Support Front Office operations, ensuring smooth communication across all departments.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence, greeting guests and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest feedback, complaints and service recovery with a solutions focused approach.
• Monitor hotel security, safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Maximise occupancy and average rate through effective liaison with key departments.
• Assist with cost control, rostering, cashiering compliance and operational standards.
• Lead and support staff on shift, ensuring service quality, presentation and hotel standards are upheld.
• Uphold WHS, emergency procedures and protect hotel assets.

What You’ll Bring:
• Previous hotel Front Office or Duty Manager experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams during busy or challenging periods.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and guest service abilities.
• Confidence in handling complaints, incidents and operational decisions independently.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue awareness and service standards.
• A proactive, calm and professional approach with strong attention to detail.
