We are seeking a talented, vibrant and dynamic QT Rooftop Bar Manager, that will bring individuality, creativity and passion into turning the ordinary into extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily rooftop bar operations, ensuring fast, consistent service and premium drink quality.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience through strong floor presence and team leadership.
• Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to drive a positive, high-energy team culture.
• Create and evolve cocktail menus in partnership with beverage suppliers and Marketing to strengthen brand identity.
• Manage stock, ordering, and inventory to minimise waste and maximise profit.
• Control labour costs and rostering to meet financial targets.
• Oversee events and functions, ensuring seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, HACCP, and licensing requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

• Current RSA and Approved Manager’s License.
