About the Role:
This is a parental leave cover opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to make their mark at one of Fremantle's most iconic hotels. As Associate Director of Sales at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, you'll be focused on securing future business, growing key accounts, and ensuring the hotel is winning its fair share in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow new and existing accounts through proactive prospecting, sales calls, client entertainment and site inspections to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Maximise key accounts by building deep relationships across contacts and departments through calls, appointments, famils and client functions
• Capture and shift business from competitor hotels through research, networking and proactive outreach
• Drive group account performance across revenue, demand generation and share growth
• Keep the hotel informed of key market trends, account production and high-impact sales activity
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support hotel sales strategies, business planning and financial budgeting
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and monitor delivery against targets
• Participate in Revenue Management and C& E Hub calls, and engage with industry organisations to maintain relationships and secure business

What You'll Bring:
• Proven experience in hotel sales, with a track record of growing accounts and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills across corporate, group and event markets
• Confidence presenting and selling across a hotel portfolio
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and shift competitor business
• Experience working with CRM systems and contributing to business planning processes
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
