We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused Relief Route Driver to support route operations and help ensure our customers continue receiving outstanding service whenever regular route drivers are unavailable. What You'll Do & Succeed Here As a Relief Route Driver, you'll cover established routes, deliver products, stock customer locations, merchandise inventory, and help create exceptional customer experiences across a variety of accounts. No two days are exactly the same. You'll have the opportunity to learn multiple routes, meet different customers, and become a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working independently, staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work. We're Looking for Someone Who: Has a valid driver's license and a good driving recordIs at least 21 years of ageEnjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive teamHas a positive, customer-first attitudeCan confidently navigate changing routes and customer locationsIs dependable, organized, and detail-orientedTakes ownership of their work and follows through on commitmentsHas basic math and inventory tracking skillsEnjoys a fast-paced, active workdayCan safely lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the dayHas Merchandising and vending experience (preferred)Is eager to learn new routes, products, and systemsWants to build a long-term career with a growing company No Experience?
