We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pantry Route Supervisor to lead our pantry operations team and help deliver exceptional service across our customer locations throughout the Greater Seattle area. What You'll Do & Succeed Here As our Pantry Route Supervisor, you'll lead daily pantry operations while ensuring customer locations remain fully stocked, organized, and delivering an exceptional workplace experience. You'll support and develop Pantry Route Associates, build strong customer relationships, coordinate daily service activities, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect from Evergreen Refreshments. Success in this role comes from being a proactive leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and taking ownership of both customer satisfaction and team performance.
