Title: D365 Functional Lead

Location: Seattle

Salary Range: $95, 000 - $120, 000 (DOE)

About the Position

We are seeking a versatile Power Platform & D365 Functional Lead who combines low-code Power Platform development with functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Commerce to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive user adoption. As the primary IT liaison for Retail, Finance, and Business Operations, the D365 Functional Lead focuses on systems analysis, light configuration, workflow optimization, and day-to-day support for D365, Dayforce, POS, and other enterprise systems.

The D365 Functional Lead will manage and optimize D365 applications, translate business needs into functional solutions, oversee implementations and releases, and lead troubleshooting, integrations, and continuous improvement efforts. Evergreen Goodwill's BI Analyst supports digital transformation by analyzing data, building dashboards and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to improve operations across donation processing, retail, and workforce development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Business Analysis & Change Management
    • Gather and translate requirements, partner with operations/finance/HR to design and optimize D365 F& O, Commerce, and POS modules.
    • Run UAT, prepare training materials, maintain user documentation, and keep strong user relationships to drive adoption.
    • Lead and support AP automation, WMS, and PowerApps initiatives.

Application Support & Administration
    • Provide Day-to-Day support and triage for D365, Dayforce, POS and other applications
    • Handle application configuration, User access, Platform administration, and Incident Tracking
    • Provide hands-on support resolution with vendors, or internal teams.

Projects Management
    • Lead software applcation implementations, integrations, migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts.
    • Develop effective project plans, track milestones, budgets and risks.
    • Coordinate application version releases and maintenance windows.

Data, BI & Reporting
    • Design and Maintain Power BI, self-service dashboards and automated reports.
    • Perform data analysis and ETL oversight, monitor data quality.
    • Present insights to inform business decisions.

Strategy, Governance & Vendor Management
    • Define application roadmap and optimization opportunities.
    • Manage vendor relationships/contracts and performance.
    • Ensure compliance and security practices.
    • Produce leadership reporting and long-term documentation.

Education, Experience, Computer Skills, & Certificates
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
    • 5+ years as a BSA or D365 functional consultant.
    • Deep experience with D365 F& O, Commerce, and integrations (APIs, Power Platform) .
    • Project management and process documentation skills.
    • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and data/reporting environments preferred.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (s) strongly preferred.
    • Experience in non-profit, retail, or eCommerce environments a plus.
    • Ability to learn new technology and software as related to the job.

Physical Abilities
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required sit or stand for long periods of time, communicate with other employees by talking and hearing and to operate computer systems.
    • Able to safely lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs., grasp, handle, finger and manipulate items; perform repetitive fine motor functions with fingers, wrists, and arms, standing for long periods of time.
    • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
    • Able to communicate with others effectively both verbally and written, including those who have limited English skills.
    • Must be able to exchange information on the phone, through video conferencing, or in person.

    • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret data from various sources. Must be able to prepare and present detailed reports, both in written and verbal formats.

Work Environment
