We're seeking a Sales Engineer based out of our East Wenatchee, WA location! You will have the opportunity to work with our Engineering Sales team to meet the unique needs of our customers. We manufacture highly accurate, innovative pressure instrumentation, pressure transmitters, temperature probes and sensors for some of the world's most vital and technologically advanced industries.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and grow a full territory account load for product lines within the oil and gas, aerospace or military/defense industries
  • Partner with our Design Engineering Team by providing input on the initial product design, ongoing technical support, as well as pre-sale and post-sale activities
  • Assure communication with customers and internal multi-functional team members (including engineering, production, quality, etc.)
  • Take ownership to understand customer needs and offer effective product solutions
  • Support growth initiatives based on customer feedback

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical degree
  • This position may require both domestic and international travel - up to approximately 20%
  • U.S. Person per ITAR Regulations - U.S. Persons include individuals who are (1) citizens or nationals of the U.S. (2) lawful permanent residents, (3) admitted as refugees, or (4) are granted asylum in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 2+ years previous technical sales experience
  • Experience in the oil and gas, aerospace or military/defense industry

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $90, 000 - $105, 000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
