Description:
Eichleay is seeking an early-career Process Engineer to join our team in Ferndale, Washington (WA). This Process Engineering role is ideal for engineers looking to gain hands-on experience in refinery, oil & gas, and industrial process environments while building a strong technical foundation in a consulting setting.
In this role, you will work directly with senior engineers on active industrial and process design projects, contributing to real engineering deliverables while developing core skills in process engineering, simulation, and plant operations. You’ll have opportunities to gain exposure to one or more of the following areas in refining, energy, chemicals, power generation, and life sciences industries.
Compensation: Starting at $75, 000 *Anticipated annual salary may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal peer equity. The pay range listed for this position is based on the anticipated base compensation at the time of the posting.
Location and Work Schedule: Ferndale, WA (hybrid work-schedule)
