Description:
We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our team. This role works in a schedule-driven, collaborative environment, partnering with clients and reporting to the Civil/Structural Team Lead. Our Civil/Structural team applies expertise in seismic design, building codes, and constructability to deliver practical, resilient, and cost-effective solutions. You will contribute to projects including industrial infrastructure, site development, seismic retrofits, equipment foundations, and facility upgrades across a range of industries. The role also includes participation in project meetings, model reviews, and cross-discipline coordination, with responsibility for contributing to technical deliverables with limited supervision.
Compensation: $103, 000 - 125, 000 *anticipated annual salary may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal peer equity. The pay range listed for this position is based on the anticipated base compensation at the time of the posting.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, in local Ferndale office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
