We are seeking a Chattel Loan Processor for the West Region Production Department.

The Chattel Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of loan documents and funded loans. This role is accountable for producing high-quality loan files that meet internal and external audit standards, delivering prompt service to business partners, and completing essential end-of-day, week, and month functions. A strong customer focus and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Highlights:

• Prepares and reviews loan documents for accuracy and compliance, including flood and tax certifications.
• Audits funding packages within 24 hours and processes disbursements on time to ensure smooth loan funding.
• Manages daily pipeline reports, follows up on pending conditions, and communicates updates to clients and internal teams.
• Maintains strict adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements, securing approvals for exceptions when necessary.
• Provides administrative support such as issuing checks/wires and assisting with reception coverage.
• Consistently delivers high-quality loan files with audit scores above 95%, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Required

• One-year customer service or professional office experience

Preferred

• One-year consumer, sales finance, or mortgage loan processing experience
• Manufactured housing loan processing

Education:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• College degree

Skills & Knowledge:

Required

• Knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel applications
• Basic Mathematic principals
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed with the ability to work within deadlines

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm

Salary Range: $25.18 to $27.31/ hour

Flexibility: In office, on site; not remote or hybrid
