Cornell Pump Company has been a leader in the centrifugal pump industry for over 75 years, serving Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining markets from our facilities in Oregon, Washington, and South Carolina.

We're seeking a Trade Compliance Clerk to take ownership of our duty drawback and tariff compliance function. This role is ideal for someone confident in customs regulations who wants autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable financial impact.

Location: Vancouver, WA

Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 DOE

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, file, and track duty drawback claims
  • Reconcile import/export data for drawback eligibility
  • Classify products under HTS and ensure CBP compliance
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation (19 CFR Part 190)
  • Coordinate with brokers and internal teams
  • Monitor tariff changes, duty spend, and savings opportunities

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in duty drawback or customs compliance
  • Strong knowledge of HTS classification and CBP regulations
  • Experience working with brokers and/or ACE
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Preferred: Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), manufacturing experience, familiarity with USMCA, ERP/trade compliance systems.
