Consolidated Supply Co. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Spokane, WA. This is a full-time position.

Warehouse Supervisor

As a part of Consolidated Supply Co., a leading Pacific Northwest plumbing, hydronic heating, and water works wholesale distributor, our Warehouse Supervisors play a key role in keeping branch operations running safely, efficiently, and accurately. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting and developing the warehouse team while overseeing the day-to-day activities that ensure our customers receive the right products, on time, every time.

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor works side by side with warehouse employees while providing leadership, direction, and accountability for all warehouse and operational activities. This includes overseeing receiving, inventory control, order accuracy, warehouse systems and processes, and the timely and accurate staging of products for delivery.

The Warehouse Supervisor creates a safe, organized, and productive work environment by setting clear expectations, supporting team members, and leading by example. This role works closely with other branch team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the warehouse operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in wholesale distribution.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plumbing, hydronic heating, or water works product knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic leadership style with a commitment to leading by example.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a genuine desire to support both internal and external customers.
