Clinician II - Mental Health Professional to join our
PACT South team in
Everett, WA.
Our
Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) offers innovative, community-based mental health care. You'll be part of a
multidisciplinary team serving individuals with complex needs-providing comprehensive, wraparound support
in their homes and communities, not just in the office.
What You'll Do As a Clinician II, you'll:
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services.
- Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.
- Help stabilize clients by meeting them multiple times per week, sometimes daily.
- Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.
- Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).
- Be part of the 24/7 on-call pager rotation and respond to urgent needs.
What You Bring - Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in human services.
- Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC standards (preferred).
- Commitment to or experience with evidence-based practices.
- Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
- If unlicensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire.
- Completion of WA State Approved Supervisor Training (if providing supervision).

- Ability to support clients with complex, multi-system involvement.
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a solution-focused, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and digital documentation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
