Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with behavioral health needs? Compass Health is looking for a dedicated Clinician II - Mental Health Professional to join our PACT South team in Everett, WA.

Our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) offers innovative, community-based mental health care. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with complex needs-providing comprehensive, wraparound support in their homes and communities, not just in the office.
What You'll Do
As a Clinician II, you'll:
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services.
  • Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.
  • Help stabilize clients by meeting them multiple times per week, sometimes daily.
  • Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.
  • Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).
  • Be part of the 24/7 on-call pager rotation and respond to urgent needs.
What You Bring
  • Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in human services.
  • Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC standards (preferred).
  • Commitment to or experience with evidence-based practices.
  • Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
  • If unlicensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire.
  • Completion of WA State Approved Supervisor Training (if providing supervision).

  • Proficiency in electronic health records and digital documentation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
