Location: Mount Vernon, WA
Program: 500-45550 - Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT)
Schedule: Full-time (Sunday-Wednesday, 10: 00am-8: 00pm)

Clinician II - $30.90-$46.22/hr DOE

*** Licensed Scale - $32.78- $48.65/hr DOE

Compass Health is seeking a Clinician II to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Mount Vernon. MCOT responds to behavioral health crises where they happen - at home, school, shelters, or in the community. This team plays a critical role in diverting individuals from hospitalization and law enforcement involvement by providing immediate, trauma-informed, recovery-focused support.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Deliver in-person crisis response, stabilization, and support services
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate individualized safety and recovery plans
  • Support clients in developing natural supports and accessing community-based services
  • Provide short-term case management, individual therapy, and follow-up interventions
  • Serve a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and children in real-time crisis situations
What You Bring
  • MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) status per WAC preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with or interest in Evidence-Based Practices
  • Washington State Driver's License with insurance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire if unlicensed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check (including DSHS screening if applicable)
