Clinical Program Assistant Everett, WA | Full-Time

Clinical Program Assistant to support our Everett office, home to multiple Children's Intensive Services WISe teams. If you're organized, professional, and thrive in a collaborative environment where every task supports client care, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key administrative role by supporting clinical and medical staff while helping ensure that our clients receive compassionate, well-coordinated care.
- Triage phone calls and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare reports, track service data, and maintain records
- Schedule meetings, prepare intake materials, and assist with correspondence
- Provide front desk coverage and assist with de-escalation when needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Support all office programs with general clerical tasks
Must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 8: 30am - 6: 30pm What You'll Bring - High School Diploma or equivalent (AA or BA preferred)
- Experience in medical, mental health, or social services preferred
- Valid WA State Driver's License (with insurance, if applicable)
Skills & Strengths - Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving
- Ability to work respectfully and calmly in high-pressure situations
- Positive, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
Physical Demands / Work Environment This position is based in a
clinical office setting. Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs) and frequent sitting, walking, and computer use are required. Reasonable accommodations available.
