Bellingham WISe team - a close-knit, passionate group committed to supporting youth with complex behavioral health needs and helping families thrive.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) uses a family-driven, strengths-based approach to provide Medicaid-eligible youth up to age 21 with intensive outpatient care in their natural environments - homes, schools, and communities.

What You'll Do As a
Child & Family Therapist, you'll:
- Provide clinical services to youth and families using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to build individualized, creative, and strength-focused treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy in home, community, and office settings.
- Participate in the rotation of after-hours crisis response (initial assessment, risk evaluation, outreach).
- Receive specialized training in intensive mental health interventions upon hire.
Qualifications - MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field.
- Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Washington Administrative Code.
- Eligible to apply as an Agency Affiliated Counselor if not already licensed or associate licensed.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid WA State Driver's License, insured vehicle.
Preferred Experience & Skills - Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS) designation preferred.
- Experience in mental health, medical, or social services.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong documentation, communication, and boundary-setting skills.
