Support Youth and Families in North Snohomish County Join Compass Health's
Children's Intensive Services (WISe) team in Marysville and help bring stability, support, and hope to underserved youth and families in North Snohomish County - including Arlington, Granite Falls, and surrounding communities.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides intensive, community-based behavioral health support to
Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21). Services are delivered in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth thrive in the least restrictive environment possible.

What You'll Do As a
Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide direct, ongoing coordination of therapeutic services.
- Support treatment planning, crisis response, case management, and service follow-up.
- Help identify and strengthen natural supports for youth and their caregivers.
- Collaborate across systems and with community partners.
- Rotate in after-hours emergency response for crisis assessments and outreach.
What You Bring - BA/BS/BSW in Behavioral Science or related field
- Valid WA Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire (if not already licensed)
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in medical, mental health, or social services
- Familiarity with or interest in learning Evidence-Based Practices
- Strengths-based approach to working with youth and families with complex behavioral needs
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
