Are you passionate about empowering youth and families in your community? Our Everett WISe team is seeking a dedicated
Care Coordinator to provide strength-based, wraparound care to children and young adults experiencing behavioral health challenges.
About WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) WISe is a family- and youth-driven approach that supports
Medicaid-eligible individuals up to age 21 with complex behavioral health needs. Services are provided in natural settings - home, school, and community - to help families thrive and avoid restrictive out-of-home placements.

What You'll Be Doing - Provide case management, treatment planning, and therapeutic coordination.
- Partner with caregivers and natural supports to promote recovery and stability.
- Deliver services in the community with flexible scheduling, including evenings.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for crisis response and outreach.
- Serve as a core member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Red Team.
What You'll Bring - BA/BS/BSW in Behavioral Sciences (required)
- Experience in behavioral health, social services, or medical settings (preferred)
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Evidence-Based Practices
- Valid WA State Driver's License, insured vehicle
- Must complete Agency Affiliated Counselor application if not already licensed

- Competency in EMR and Microsoft Office applications
