Support Youth and Families in Your Community Compass Health is seeking a dedicated
Care Coordinator to join our
Children's Intensive Services (WISe) program in Everett. You'll be part of a compassionate, community-based team supporting youth with complex behavioral health needs and helping families thrive through individualized, strengths-based care.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) serves
Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) by offering behavioral health services in natural environments like homes, schools, and communities. The goal is to reduce out-of-home placements and support long-term wellness and family stability.

What You'll Do As a
Care Coordinator on the Mint team, you will:
- Provide therapeutic support and case management for youth and families.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using a strengths-based approach.
- Facilitate resource identification, service monitoring, and crisis intervention.
- Collaborate with schools, natural supports, and community providers.
- Participate in the rotation of after-hours emergency response (crisis assessments, outreach, and safety planning).
- Work across home, office, and community settings, including evenings as needed.
What You Bring - BA/BS/BSW in Behavioral Science or a related field
- Experience in mental health, healthcare, or social services preferred
- Familiarity with or interest in Evidence-Based Practices
- Valid WA State Driver's License, insured vehicle
- Must pass a criminal background check
- If not already licensed, must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire
