Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday (part-time to full-time)

Wage: $23 - $28 DOE

Job Duties:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Administrator and the business office.
  • Perform general secretarial and administrative duties as required or directed by the Administrator in support of the administrative functions of all departments within the facility.
  • Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payors.
  • Maintain an adequate liaison with families and residents.
Requirements:
  • Must possess a high school education.
  • A minimum, three (3) years of clerical/secretarial experience preferred.
  • Office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
