Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday - Friday (part-time to full-time)
Wage: $23 - $28 DOE
Location: Avamere Rehab of Burien - 1031 SW 130th St, Burien, Washington 98146

Job Duties: - Provide administrative assistance to the Administrator and the business office.
- Perform general secretarial and administrative duties as required or directed by the Administrator in support of the administrative functions of all departments within the facility.
- Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payors.
- Maintain an adequate liaison with families and residents.
Requirements: - Must possess a high school education.
- A minimum, three (3) years of clerical/secretarial experience preferred.
- Office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
