SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize, scale, and sustain manufacturing processes with a focus on quality, throughput, cost, and safety. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes. Support PCBA/SMT processes. Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation including PFMEA, control plans, SOPs. Use SPC and data analysis for process capability. Support tooling, equipment, and maintenance. Lead NPI process readiness. Support safety and EHS initiatives. Train operators and provide on-floor technical support. *Other duties may be assigned* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS B.S. in Engineering (required). - 5+ years process engineering experience (required). - On-site work required. - Experience with SPC, DOE, root cause analysis. - Strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications - PCBA/SMT manufacturing experience. - Lean/Six Sigma experience. - Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, PPAP. - Experience with ESD controls and IPC standards. SALARY INFORMATION: According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between 90, 000 and 140, 000. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline.
