SUMMARY The Multi‑Skilled Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for safely operating a variety of equipment, supporting multiple areas and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and organization. This role requires cross‑training in multiple operations and participation in team projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment across multiple manufacturing operations. Perform assigned duties in accordance with standardized work instructions, safety policies, and quality requirements. Participate in cross‑training and achieve certification in multiple operational areas. Conduct in‑process quality inspections and document production results. Troubleshoot equipment or process issues; identify and escalate maintenance concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow daily production schedules to meet volume expectations. Collaborate with production/facilities teams to resolve issues and improve workflow reliability. Support continuous improvement activities. Assist in training other Team Members after achieving competency in specific operations. *Other duties as required in support of the department and the company* SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES The responsibilities of this role do not include supervising other employees. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, required Prior manufacturing or production experience, preferred LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Conversational in any other language is a plus. JOB SKILLS Intermediate in MS Office Suite and SharePoint. Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. Ability to learn and retain multiple processes, equipment operations, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Willingness and ability to cross‑train and rotate between multiple operations based on business need. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical requirements outlined below indicate those necessary to fulfill this position's core responsibilities. While performing job duties, the employee will regularly engage in activities such as using hands to finger, handle, or feel and communicating verbally. Additionally, the employee will frequently need to reach with hands and arms while standing and walking as part of the role. Occasional lifting and movement of objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and using a ladder may be required. This position also demands specific vision capabilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Hearing protection in specific locations. Ability to compile with JSA in specific areas. SALARY INFORMATION: According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $23.00 and $30.00 hourly. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline. When extending an offer, Amphenol Critical Medical Technologies considers various factors such as the position's responsibilities, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, essential skills, internal pay equity, and market considerations. Certain roles are also eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases and annual bonus. These awards are discretionary and allocated based on individual and company performance.
