SUMMARY The Multi‑Skilled Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for safely operating a variety of equipment, supporting multiple areas and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and organization. This role requires cross‑training in multiple operations and participation in team projects. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment across multiple manufacturing operations. Perform assigned duties in accordance with standardized work instructions, safety policies, and quality requirements. Participate in cross‑training and achieve certification in multiple operational areas. Conduct in‑process quality inspections and document production results. Troubleshoot equipment or process issues; identify and escalate maintenance concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow daily production schedules to meet volume expectations. Collaborate with production/facilities teams to resolve issues and improve workflow reliability. Support continuous improvement activities. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, required Prior manufacturing or production experience, preferred LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Conversational in any other language is a plus. JOB SKILLS Intermediate in MS Office Suite and SharePoint. Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. Ability to learn and retain multiple processes, equipment operations, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Willingness and ability to cross‑train and rotate between multiple operations based on business need. SALARY INFORMATION: According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $23.00 and $30.00 hourly. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline.
