The role is performed with strong safety systems, teamwork, and equipment designed to support people of all abilities.

At Alcoa, we believe that diversity helps to shape our workforce for the better, making us stronger and more open to innovation and change. We champion equality in every goal we set, decision we make, action we take, and strategy we implement. We want to encourage talented women to take opportunities and shape their career with us!

We recognise that great operators come from many backgrounds, and we value different ways of working, thinking, and learning. Our success depends on great teams, where people can do their best work and be their authentic selves in a supportive environment.

To play a part in our ongoing success you will have:

  • A willingness to learn, try new tasks, and work collaboratively.

  • A positive, motivated approach to your work.
