As a Creamery Supervisor, you'll lead safe, efficient production on the manufacturing floor. You'll manage a team, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality standards, and enforce safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, organization, and follow-through are essential. This role reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in shaping frontline culture.

Required Experience/Education:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Physical movement such as stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, pinching, lifting, walking and standing and other moving on a routine basis.

Preferred Experience/Education:
- 3+ years leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industry; dairy experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP's and food safety regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of safety practices in manufacturing, including LOTO and hazard recognition.
