Job Summary:

As we continue to scale one of the fastest growing apparel brands, we are seeking a Treasury and Compliance Analyst to help grow our finance team’s capabilities. This role will support both the treasury needs of our expanding business along with helping to organize and enhance our compliance capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organization and communication skills. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, superb attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are must haves.

Compensation for this role is $75, 000-$85, 000 annually, depending on experience.

Standard Responsibilities:

  • Follow all required safety best practices as trained and help to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Create a document archive that organizes and maintains all company contracts, Trademarks, DBAs, NDAs, MSAs into central location
  • Document and review internal policies and procedures for compliance include privacy, terms and conditions and promotions.
  • Conduct compliance research for new product names
  • Partner with external legal team as needed to support the business
  • Coordinate Income, Franchise and Pass-Through Entity Tax filings with external preparers
  • Coordinate renewal of the Schedule of Certificate Holders with insurance broker
  • Manage brand protection program
  • Enforce MAP Policy and address violations per the established process
  • Process State Sales Tax Filings Monthly
  • Process State Annual Filings through external partner
  • Process Bank Transactions into ERP
  • Lead Lender Covenant Compliance
  • Federal Census Completion

Qualifications:

  • Education equivalent to BS in business, paralegal studies, law or similar experience.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written skills with passionate attention to detail.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field
  • Highly responsible & reliable and able to manage confidential information
  • Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
