About the role

The Head of Business Management leads project management for all TWE briefs into Splash globally. They are responsible for partnering with Splash Creative Directors to deliver best-in-class campaigns across TWE’s priority brands to accelerate the performance of the portfolio.

  • Partner closely with Director of Splash to manage Statement of Work, prioritise projects, manage workflows across all projects and drive efficiency in process
  • Lead the forecasting and management of all briefs into Splash team,
  • Partner with the marketing team & external agencies to develop annual integrated activity plans and quarterly implementation plans for our brands.
  • Drive highly impactful creative, content and connections outcomes with speed and efficiency
  • Build stakeholder relationships to manage and deliver against competing output priorities

About you

A proven leader with strong senior stakeholder management skills, you will be an analytical, proactive and disciplined thinker who can think complex issues through and produce commercially sound judgments. This will compliment your broad range of professional management, communication and marketing skills.

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in agency or marketing management.
  • Experienced in management of complex projects
  • Experience managing agency partners.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or related discipline
  • FMCG/ wine industry experience highly regarded
  • Leadership experience within client-side marketing or media, creative or production agencies
